This Blog is for clients of Freestate Advisors. The intent is to provide “rational” information and education about investing and the current financial and economic conditions. We hope to liberate our clients from the emotional grip of what Warren Buffett calls the “financial pornography” in the written and televised business press. The barrage of daily information mostly preys on the emotional biases of investors and generally needs to be avoided. There are a few, relatively simple, pieces of information that people need to know and understand to make rational, informed decisions. So we hope to provide this information in what we hope is an intersting and somewhat entertaining matter.
